2 - Site Visit

We arrange a visit to understand the site, its surroundings and your objectives. This is a straightforward and relaxed meeting to consider what may be realistically achievable.

3 - Proposal

Following initial research and a planning assessment, we provide a clear written proposal setting out how we would proceed and the terms of our arrangement.

Once agreed, this is formalised through a simple and transparent agreement.

4 - Planning

Working with our trusted network of surveyors and consultants, we prepare and submit a comprehensive planning application. We cover all of the associated fees and take care of the entire process, from start to finish.

5 - Sale

Once planning permission is secured, we market the land on the open market and manage the sale on your behalf, working to achieve the best possible price. Our fee is deducted from the proceeds at the point of sale.
