We are a family-run company based in Hampshire, founded by Jonathan Marsh, an RIBA Chartered Architect with over 15 years of experience in residential design and planning.

We are not a large corporate operation. We work with a small number of landowners at any one time, and every project is handled personally by Jonathan from start to finish.

Our background in architecture means we understand how planning policy works, what local authorities are looking for, and how good design can make the difference between a successful application and a refused one. That expertise shapes everything we do.

We work with a trusted network of surveyors, consultants and specialist advisors, assembled to suit the requirements of each site. This structure enables us to manage projects ranging from single dwellings to larger residential schemes with confidence and professionalism.
